Yoga can both prevent disease and helps one recover from it. Yoga improves one’s body flexibility, builds muscle strength, perfects the body posture, prevents cartilage and joint break downs. Similarly, Meditation assists one to drive away one’s emotional problems of daily life. We are happy to say that Tirumal Engineering College has allotted a separate room for Yoga and Meditation. Students and staff are allowed to practice yoga and meditation session during 4 – 6 p.m. everyday. As a part of Yoga and Meditation program, Art of Living classes are arranged for both students and faculty twice in a month.
